As a Workplace Culture Consultant, my consultancy plans come in three forms – workplace culture audits, training, and coaching. When people are happy at work, they take fewer sick days, work more productively and efficiently, and create stronger and healthier relationships. The goal and intended outcome of all my services is for increased employee productivity, higher retention rates, improved recruitment of talent and increased profit/ ROI and a stronger reputation for your company.
The four pillars of workplace culture that I measure are Culture, Conditions, Communication and Career Progression. This will give employers an idea of which areas could be improved, what they are doing well and what makes employees feel valued and heard in their workplace.
The goal of any workplace audit is to be aware of where you are and to put in steps to improve. Whether there are huge underlying issues, or you have a highly positively functioning team, it is always possible to improve.
